This License Agreement explains what you are permitted to do with SpinLens and what you are not. It works together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, Disclaimer, and Terms of Use. By using SpinLens, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the tool.
What this license grants
I grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SpinLens for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this agreement and any purchase terms (Monthly Access or Lifetime Access). This license gives you permission to load and run the web tool, input data, view outputs, and use features such as predictions, section totals, sequence signals, hit/miss summaries, and audit/backtest.
What this license does not grant
This license does not grant ownership, resale rights, public hosting rights, or the right to distribute SpinLens or derivative tools. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, share logins, or otherwise provide the tool to others. You may not copy site code, scrape or mirror the application, or publish the interface or outputs as if they were your own service.
Seat and device rules
Each purchase provides access for one natural person. You may use SpinLens on your personal devices, provided access is not used by different people at once. If you need team or multi-seat access, contact me for written permission; otherwise, account sharing is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Use SpinLens lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:
- Bypass security controls or rate limits.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Interfere with site operation or other users.
- Use automated scraping or mass requests.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Violate platform rules of third-party sites (for example, casinos that prohibit automation).
You are responsible for your decisions and any wagers placed. SpinLens is informational. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of outcomes.
Automation and third-party platforms
SpinLens itself is a manual decision tool. If you choose to experiment with local browser scripts that click numbers on external platforms, you do so at your own risk and only where permitted. Many platforms forbid automation. I do not endorse or guarantee any script’s safety, compatibility, or continued operation. This license does not grant any right to violate other sites’ terms.
Updates and changes
I may update, improve, or modify SpinLens from time to time, including adding or removing features, correcting errors, or improving performance. Access to certain features may depend on your purchase tier. I aim to maintain continuity, but I am not obligated to maintain any particular feature.
Intellectual property and ownership
SpinLens, including its design, code, models, and documentation, is owned by me or used with permission. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved. You may not remove, hide, or alter copyright notices, branding, or attributions.
User content and feedback
Spin sequences you paste into the tool for audit/backtest remain yours. They are processed in your browser by default. If you share screenshots or logs with me for support, I will handle them per the Privacy Policy. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant me a non-exclusive right to use them to improve the tool without obligation to you.
Third-party components
SpinLens may rely on hosting, analytics, or libraries provided by third parties. Those components remain the property of their owners and are licensed under their respective terms. Where open-source licenses apply, I will honor all attribution and license requirements.
Data handling and security
I aim to collect the minimum data necessary and protect it with reasonable security measures. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing your devices, maintaining up-to-date browsers, and protecting any credentials linked to your purchase.
Payment, refunds, and cancellations
Payment terms are shown at checkout. Refund eligibility is limited and explained in the Refund Policy. Duplicate charges, unresolved access failures, or a timely mistaken Lifetime purchase may qualify. Change-of-mind after access is delivered does not. If a payment is reversed or disputed without contacting me first, I may suspend access while the matter is reviewed.
Term and termination
This license starts when you first access SpinLens and continues while you have valid access and respect this agreement. I may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these terms, misuse the tool, or if law or security concerns require it. You may stop using SpinLens at any time. Termination ends your right to access the tool, but provisions that reasonably should survive will continue (e.g., Intellectual Property, Acceptable Use, Limitations, and Disclaimers).
No warranty; limitations
SpinLens is provided “as is” and “as available.” I disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific hit rates, profits, or compatibility with third-party platforms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. If liability is found despite these limits, the total amount owed will not exceed what you paid for access in the twelve months before the claim.
Export controls and local compliance
You are responsible for complying with your local laws and any export or sanctions rules that may apply. Access to SpinLens does not imply legality of gambling, automation, or data processing where you live. If you are unsure, check local regulations first.
Changes to this agreement
I may revise this License Agreement to reflect updates in features, providers, or law. When changes are material, I will update the effective date and, where reasonable, post a notice. By continuing to use SpinLens after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
