Anti-Spam Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2025

This policy explains how I handle email and direct messages related to SpinLens. I describe what I consider spam, when I may contact you, how I collect consent, how to unsubscribe, and how to report abuse. I keep the rules simple and enforce them.

What I consider spam

Spam is any unsolicited or bulk message sent without clear, prior permission. It also includes messages that hide the sender’s identity, use misleading subjects, scrape or purchase email lists, or ignore unsubscribe requests. I do not send or tolerate these practices.

How I obtain your email or handle

I collect contact details in a few straightforward ways:

  • You submit a form or email me directly.
  • You purchase access and provide an address for receipts or support.
  • You ask to join my Telegram group or YouTube channel and contact me there.

I do not buy, rent, or scrape email lists. I keep only the details needed to respond, deliver access, or provide updates you asked for.

When I may contact you

I contact you only when it is relevant and expected:

  • Transactional messages: receipts, access links, and payment confirmations.
  • Service messages: tool updates, important changes, or security notices.
  • Support responses: replies to your questions or requests.
  • Optional news: tips or new features, but only if you opted in.

I aim to keep the frequency low. You will not receive repeated promotions or reminders without your consent.

Identification and transparency

Every message clearly identifies me as the sender and provides a valid return address. I do not disguise routing information. Subjects are honest and match the content.

How to unsubscribe or change preferences

You can stop non-essential messages at any time.

  • Use the unsubscribe link if it is present.
  • Or email imalexjoe@gmail.com with subject “Unsubscribe” from your registered address.
  • Tell me if you want to stop everything or only promotions.

Unsubscribe requests are processed as quickly as possible. Transactional messages may still be necessary (for example, receipts or access issues).

How to report abuse

If you received a message that looks like spam and appears to come from me, please forward it (with full headers if possible) to imalexjoe@gmail.com. I investigate each report, revoke any improper sending, and update my practices if needed. Impersonation and phishing are treated as security incidents.

Third-party services

I may use trusted providers to send email, host the site, or process payments. These providers are contractually required to follow my instructions and relevant laws. I do not authorize them to send promotional messages on my behalf without permission. I never sell your contact details.

Telegram and YouTube notes

Group platforms have their own notification rules. I do not send automated mass direct messages. You can leave the group or adjust platform notifications at any time. If a user spams you while claiming to represent me, report it to the platform and to me.

Data protection and retention

I store only what is necessary to deliver access, support you, and meet accounting and security needs. I keep contact details for as long as needed for those purposes, then delete or anonymize them. I apply reasonable security controls to protect your information.

Affiliates and referrals

If I ever run an affiliate or referral program, partners must follow this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws. Unsolicited messages, harvested lists, rented databases, or misleading claims are not allowed. Violations result in removal from any program and, where needed, further action.

Legal compliance

I design my practices to meet the standards of CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR/PECR (EU/UK), and similar laws, as applicable. That includes consent where required, clear identification, honest subjects, valid contact details, and prompt honoring of unsubscribe requests.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy to reflect new features, providers, or regulations. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
